Unable to afford treatment?

If this is the case, it is possible to shorten a course of treatment by using self-acupressure, which can be taught during an acupuncture treatment.

Three or four sessions is probably a minimum to be able to a learn to apply the required acupressure, which will need to be built into a daily routine.

By the end of the course you will have a tool-kit of acupressure techniques to control your symptoms and improve your condition - you will be amazed at how quickly effective self-acupressure can be.

Occasional follow up sessions are useful for some in order to assess changes in the overall picture and update your acupressure requirements which may change as your health improves over a period.
